The Nursing Simulation Manager provides strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight of simulation-based education within the Nursing Department. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating simulation curriculum across LPN, BSN, and certificate programs to ensure alignment with program outcomes, accreditation standards, and Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements.
The Simulation Manager leads the advancement of high-quality, evidence-based simulation practices consistent with INACSL standards and supports regulatory compliance, including the Washington Administrative Codes (WAC)related to simulation in nursing education. This role works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration to integrate simulation throughout the curriculum and enhance student learning, clinical judgment, and patient safety.
In partnership with the Nursing Dean and Director, this position supervises simulation operations, including personnel, resources, and technology, and plays a key role in achieving and maintaining simulation accreditation.

Green River College has four locations, including the main campus in Auburn and satellite learning centers in Kent, downtown Auburn, and Enumclaw. Green River programs serve high school graduates, high school completion students, Running Start students (dual enrollment in local high schools and the college), those seeking retraining for the workforce, international students, students learning English, and Continuing Education students.
