"I have been reading through the WCN NEWSletter, Qtr. 1 2020. This is the first issue I have received. I am so excited to see and learn about the diversity committee! The list of committee members is spectacular. I love the mentorship project on ‘So you want to be a professor’; how wonderful! I try to seek out ways to promote the strength of diversity among my coworkers. We are very diverse and it seems like such an un-tapped resource! There are so many cultures, languages and insights we could gain from each other. I’m not sure how to bring this to light. There are so many demands on our managers, charge nurses and unit educators already… Please share more about what the diversity committee is doing...  How absolutely awesome and vital it is that strength in diversity is being promoted and cultivated. Thank you for this important service to our communities."
