The WCN Diversity Advisory Committee is made up of nursing leaders from ethnic nursing organizations and nursing scholars experienced in the area of equity and diversity in Washington State. The committee helps WCN develop strategies to increase diversity in nursing faculty and the nursing workforce in our state.
