POSITION: Nursing faculty desired for innovative clinical pharmacology laboratory in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at Heritage University, located in central Washington in the Yakama Nation Reservation. Heritage University is a mission‐driven institution, devoted to educating students from culturally diverse populations. The Nursing program aims to prepare nurses at a generalist level and to correct disparities related to social determinants of health through family-centered, community-based interprofessional care.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master of Science in Nursing or Doctorate in nursing (PhD or DNP); eligibility for unencumbered license to practice nursing in Washington. The candidate should have three years of clinical practice experience. MSN or DNP students are invited to apply and will receive close mentoring from faculty and the BSN program director. Teaching experience in baccalaureate programs, experience in curriculum development and evaluation, and experience in online and/or blended education are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Active participation in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching in the nursing pharmacology lab, including team teaching in the Pharmacology lab. Teaching responsibilities include clinical instruction in the Pharmacology Nursing Lab.

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications, education and experience. This is a part-time temporary position without benefits. The faculty hired might be able to transition to a full-time position with full benefit package.
