TARGET AUDIENCE: For Emerging Nurse Leaders
The WASHINGTON NURSES LEADERSHIP SUMMIT is a prestigious one-day virtual gathering where emerging Nurse Leaders join together to learn from current Nurse Leaders and community organizers. Through the use of panels, breakout groups, lectures, and networking activities, the Summit will provide an engaging day of motivational speakers.
The goal of this Summit is to spark the next wave of innovators in the nursing profession through the power of mentorship and identifying shared goals. This summit will center leaders who promote anti-racism as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion in the nursing profession. We aim to celebrate the unique and shared experiences of all speakers and participants throughout the day.
Join us and hear from some of the most influential figures in Nursing, such as Maureen Bisognano, President Emerita and Senior Fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Elizabeth Iro, Chief Nursing Officer of the World Health Organization, Lord Nigel Crisp, co-chair of Nursing Now, Azita Emami, Dean of the UW School of Nursing, Sue Birch, Director of Washington State Health Care Authority, and many more. Students are invited to represent the next generation of Nurse Leaders at a discounted rate of $50. It is our pleasure to share a Washington Nurses Leadership Summit SWAG box ($75 value) with our first 175 registrants, so sign up today!
